In general: Women wearing gymshoes look much better then without.
Gymshoes should be obligatory.

Vanessa, I know some gymnasts are skinny skinny. Imagine Komova a little fatter. There were………………problems.

You guys need to start doing these for every competition on a regular basis. No article for 2011 Worlds? I would of loved to see one for 2013 American Cup. Just so I could see you guys go in on those hideous hot pink and silver leos.

Shanice,
With six commentators - most of whom have their own blogs and work outside of the gymnternet - it is unfortunately impossible to get together for a Fashion Police for every single competition. We try to keep up once a month, but again, when times are busy (I, for example, am a student with final exams three times a year in addition to working a full time job) it's not always feasible to put in the work with the LFPs. My goal is once a month, which won't include each and every competition, so I try to stay with ones that show interesting leos not all coming from the same groups of athletes (i.e. Worlds, Olympics, US Nationals, etc). -Lauren

Ooh okay thanks Lauren. I didn’t mean to offend. I really like this part of the site. I can’t think of many GymBlogs that have something like it, with a full panel. You guys are the Fashion Police of WAG.

No, not offended at all! Just wanted to let you know why it's not always timely or why it doesn't happen for every competition! -Lauren
